Celebrating Our Students & Staff

At Milliken Elementary, we take pride in recognizing our students' hard work, positive attitudes, and commitment to excellence. Each month, we honor a Knight of the Month, a student who exemplifies outstanding character, leadership, and academic dedication.  We also celebrate students through our Positive Token Behavior System. Staff throughout the building recognize students who exemplify our school-wide expectations of being Respectful, Responsible, and Safe. Students add their tokens to their grade-level collection boxes to earn a celebration for all students in the grade. Then, the tokens are added to our school-wide collection box to earn a school-wide celebration. So far, these celebrations have included a movie and popcorn, an indoor snowball game, and a cocoa party.

 

Together, these programs help foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and success. Congratulations to all our amazing students—you inspire us every day!
