Meet Our Counselor
Hi, my name is Mallory Pett and I’m the new school counselor. I’m excited to start a new year at Milliken Elementary School!
This is my 12th year as a school counselor and I can’t believe how fast time went by! I graduated from CSU with a Masters in Counseling and Career Development in 2013. I started my career as a middle school counselor in Longmont and I was an elementary school counselor for the last 8 years in the Eaton School District. Through the last 10 years of school counseling, I’ve gained a lot of experience supporting students and families through many different circumstances. I’ll help students at MES through class lessons, individual counseling, small group counseling, providing resources, creating 504 plans, case management, and more!
I grew up in Longmont and have lived in Windsor for the last 7 years. When I’m not in school I enjoy hiking, visiting family, traveling, playing board games, and playing violin.
I look forward to getting to know the students, family, and community as we start the school year. If you have questions or would like my support for your child, don’t hesitate to contact me at the school. My office number is: 970-587-6186. My email is: mallory.pett@weldre5j.org.
